Scene On Hai is a PKR 100 Million founder fund from DigitalPakistan.io. We back Pakistani founders — at any stage from raw idea to early revenue — with capital, a 12-week incubation cohort, mentorship, free company registration and a national Demo Day.
Applying is 100% free and takes about 5 minutes. Idea-stage founders receive equity-free grants. For larger Launch and Scale cheques we may take a small, founder-friendly equity stake — always transparent and agreed up front. No hidden fees, ever.
Resident Pakistanis, overseas Pakistanis (NRPs), and global founders building for the Pakistani market. Solo founders and teams are both welcome. You do not need a registered company yet — we’ll help you incorporate.
Any stage. A napkin idea, a working MVP, or a revenue-generating startup — there’s a tier for you (Spark, Launch, or Scale). We care more about the founder and the problem than the polish.
All of them — FinTech, AI/ML, AgriTech, HealthTech, EdTech, ClimateTech, E-commerce, SaaS, logistics, gaming and more. If it moves Pakistan’s digital economy forward, we want to see it.
Allocations are tiered: Spark (idea) up to PKR 2.5M equity-free, Launch (MVP/early traction) up to PKR 15M, and Scale (revenue) up to PKR 50M. Final amounts depend on stage, traction and diligence.
We review applications on a rolling basis, so apply early. Shortlisted founders pitch to our panel, the strongest are selected at Demo Day, and selected founders are funded and onboarded into the incubation cohort.
Cohort 1 applications close on 15 August 2026, with rolling selection until then. Seats are limited — earlier applications get more time with mentors before the pitch.
