The National Incubation Center network is the largest and most accessible route for early-stage founders. Beyond it, NSTP in Islamabad serves deep-tech and research ventures, Invest2Innovate and Katalyst Labs run private accelerator cohorts, The Nest i/o is the established Karachi tech incubator, Plan9 is the Punjab government programme in Lahore, and LUMS and IBA run the strongest university-based centres.

The Ignite-funded National Incubation Centers are equity-free — they provide workspace, mentorship and investor access without taking a stake. Private accelerators vary: some take a small equity position in exchange for cash investment, others charge nothing and monetise through partners.
